

Attributes of executive candidates contacted by SFJ in fiscal 2006. Around half of the candidates work in the manufacturing industry, with many others in the service industry and the finance industry in that order. Of these, there is a trend of increasing contact with personnel in the finance industry who are hard to acquire through registration-type recruiting. The results also show that more than half of all candidates are in a high class between department manager and president classes.
