サーチファーム・ジャパン株式会社(以下、総称して「当社」といいます)は、個人情報の保護についての重要性を自覚し、以下の方針に基づいて確実に実施するように努めます。
当社が、お客様から個人情報を直接的に収集する場合は、あらかじめ収集の目的を明確に開示して収集します。又、この情報を利用する場合は、その目的の範囲内でのみ利用致します。
当社が、個人情報を間接的に収集する場合は、法令、諸規則及び契約を遵守し、個人情報が外部に漏洩しないような適切な手段を講じます。
当社及び当社グループ企業が収集及び取り扱う個人情報は、機密保持契約を締結した求人企業からの依頼に基づくものであり、それ以外の利用目的で収集及び取り扱うことはありません。
当社は、個人情報を取扱う責任者を設置し、個人情報についての訂正、更新、その他お問い合わせについて、適切に対応致します。
当社は個人情報の重要性を常に認識し、不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改竄、漏洩等が起きないよう教育その他適切な手段を講じます。
当社は、個人情報保護に関する法令、諸規則及び社内規程を遵守すると共に、常に社会の動きを注視し、社内規程・社内体制を見直し、適切な管理を維持します。
当社は、職業紹介に利用する目的のために、適正に公開された個人情報を収集します。

Search Firm Japan Corporation (hereafter referred to as "SFJ") is conscious of the importance of the protection of private information and endeavours to handle delicate information, based on its Privacy Policy as stated herein after.

When SFJ collects information from the customer directly, the purpose of collection will be disclosed clearly beforehand. In cases where this information is to be utilised, it will be done so within the range of that purpose.

When SFJ collects private information indirectly, the law, rules and regulations of the land and all applicable contracts will be observed, and all measures will be taken to assure that no information is leaked outside the permitted information networks.

Private information handled by SFJ and its group companies, based on the request from the client enterprise, will be in accordance with a non-disclosure agreement signed with the client enterprise and the collection of information and the use of this information will be for this purpose and this purpose alone.

SFJ appoints a person responsible for handling private information, correction and renewal of private information, and the appropriate handling of any other inquiries.

SFJ always recognises the importance of private information, and will continuously provide training to ensure that unauthorised access, loss, destruction, alteration and disclosure do not occur.

SFJ observes the laws governing this private policy, the laws and regulations of the land and the company rules and continuously monitor global trends, and amend the company rules and regulations to appropriately maintain administration.

For the purpose of Executive search and Recruitment, SFJ shall only collect private information appropriately opened publicly and/or publicly available information.
